Snow White and the Envy of Others: How Should We Deal With It?

It is an all too well known fact that many people in our society suffer from the influence of envy. The desire for recognition and success can quickly lead us to compare ourselves to others and feel dissatisfied or even hurt.

But how should we deal with this problem? First of all, we have to realize that every person is unique and goes their own way. We can't always have everything that others have - but that doesn't have to be our goal.

The next step is to identify and nurture our own strengths. When we focus on what we are good at and what we enjoy, we automatically become more confident and happier.

Another option is to change the perspective. Instead of focusing on the negative, we should try to see the positive - both in ourselves and in others. There is always something to admire or acknowledge.
