Everyday life - the word sounds so banal and yet it is a central topic for all of us. How do we deal with him? Everyday life is a challenge for many of us: we rush from one appointment to the next, feel stressed and overwhelmed.
We should be aware of which tasks are really important. We often get lost in unimportant details and neglect the essentials.
For example, my everyday life always has a combination of work, family/friends, exercise and relaxation. It's like a wholesome diet 😉!
