"Limoncello" 50 x 60 cm, oil on canvas

Workaholic was a successful businessman from Germany who rarely had time for himself. But when he tasted the limoncello after a busy week in Rome, everything changed.

It was a warm evening and the workaholic was sitting on a terrace overlooking the Trevi Fountain. The waiter recommended the limoncello to finish his meal. Workaholic had never heard of it, but was curious and ordered a glass.

As he took the first sip, a taste of sweet lemons exploded on his tongue. The limoncello was cool and refreshing and made him forget all his worries. Workaholic was surprised how much joy he could get from a simple drink.

He ordered another glass and began to take in the surroundings. The people gathering around the fountain, the music emanating from the surrounding cafes and the smell of freshly baked bread.

Workaholic felt more alive and relaxed than he had in a long time. He decided that he would take time to himself more often and that limoncello had become his new favorite drink.

When he later returned to his hotel, he felt like a different person. The taste of limoncello and the beauty of Italy had changed his life and he was grateful for the experience.

Workaholic had learned that sometimes the simplest things in life can bring the greatest joy and that taking time to enjoy life is important.
